I like how easy it was to use, even if we're not technically savvy people (like me). The customer service team were amazing! They listened very carefully & gave us some great tips on what they could do better next time which made my life so much easier than expected!! We used daily call once or twice per week but didn't get enough value from that one-off session compared with our monthly subscription cost of $6 each person/month - this would be worth looking into further because there are times when having an extra face around helps keep things running smoothly during busy periods such as Christmas season etc., however since being part way through using their product again now due out business growth has slowed quite significantly meaning less calls coming via them means more work needed by myself personally hence why i'm writing another review here rather then doing any.
