I bought this monitor for our shop. This is the fourth of these monitors that we have purchased. The monitor is excellent. However, this last monitor had a problem. The screen got its name due to a manufacturing defect. Well I called View Sonic to see what they can do about it. They told me they would replace it with a new monitor. Excellent I thought! Well that was almost two months ago and I'm still waiting. Every time I contact you, support tells me that the exchange will be same day or next day. Then they keep calling me and telling me they don't have the item in stock and I have to wait! How come the company that makes the product can't have it in stock within two months?
