So, for people saying this product has left their heels sore and cut and whatnot, I can't understand how hard they've been shoving this thing into their feet. Yes, it has the same idea as a cheese grater, which sounds intimidating (and I'll admit I was a little scared), but once you start rubbing it very lightly over the callused area with very little pressure, you'll see how it works. will start to act. Work. After a while, you'll also get a better idea of whether to apply more pressure or just leave it where it is. My heels were incredibly rough and this thing smoothed them out really well, which is a relief because pumice stone hasn't worked for me in a long time. I agree with people who recommend using this product after soaking your feet or right after a shower as the affected area is much easier to minimize. Another reason I definitely recommend only using it after a soak/shower is that when the skin is hard and dry, depending on how cracked it is, I feel like it's going to the uneven Part of the crack could get caught and maybe peel off the layer This could be. painful (didn't happen to me, just speculating on how the tool works and how rough dry skin sticks to tissues and the like).
