This product was used to clean a bathtub drainpipe after one of my children threw a baby rag down the drain as the drain plug is just a plug. I had to access the clogged pipe in the basement because I couldn't use the drum trap to clear the clogged drain from the tub. I just followed the instructions and the drill grabbed the rag and I was able to pull it out of the drain instead of pushing it further down the drain to the sewer line. Initially, before using it, I had a few questions for the manufacturers and the response time was very quick. I will definitely use more of their products in the future if needed.
