Crappy manufacturing and quality control
The paper clamp was damaged yet still installed. QC should have seen this and rejected it. Everytime I place a contract in the clamp it gets caught on this lip and tears the contract. Also the pad of paper gets hung up on this lip. The rest of the storage clipboard is awesome.Its sturdier and probably more durable than the 2 plastic ones I had. Hopefully the replacement will not have this problem or anyother problems.
