the jeans fit snug so for example my son is a very slim 11 year old boy when i got a size 12 they fit so tight they seemed to shrink after being put in the dryer. So I got 16 and they still fit snug. The waist is just big, so he needs to use a belt. Otherwise very chic and worth the money.
