Review on WiFi Connected Leak Sensor with Multiple Sensors Support - Level Sense Sentry (including Float Switch) by Matthew Sutton

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Don't expect much from him.

Very cheap quality, very faulty. It connects perfectly to your WiFi and registration is straightforward. The downside is inconsistent reporting and a very poor siren. There is also no "Test" button. The siren is no louder than the standby UPS horn (never 90dB). If you're not in the same room, you won't hear it. The siren is also not constant, sometimes it beeps every few seconds, sometimes it sounds constantly, sometimes it doesn't sound at all. Text notifications and email notifications don't match either, sometimes it takes a few seconds, sometimes more than 30 seconds, and sometimes you don't even get notified. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is for the wireless capabilities. I hope I had a bad block, but the size and construction of this thing doesn't even come close to what it's supposed to cost. I think the company has a lot of potential with these products, but when it comes to what they're pursuing I can't count on it being able to work or not - it's unacceptable. I don't recommend this at all if you need to control something that could potentially cost you thousands of dollars in repairs if it fails.
