The platform is easy to use, has all of our account information in one place (very convenient). Reporting can be somewhat difficult at times as it doesn't always follow what we expect or are used too often by other programs/systems like Salesforce etc - but this could just mean I'm not familiar with their reporting capabilities yet! Great product overall though- really helps manage data across multiple systems so you don’t have 5 different accounts open up when trying track something down!! We've been able streamline processes using them throughout accounting department which saves time spent doing manual tasks.-.
