Review on Military-Style Tactical Belt With Quick-Release Buckle And Heavy-Duty Webbing - Available In 1 Or 2 Pack For EDC by Sue Kaminska

Very durable, no complaints, I love it's simplicity.

I read all the negatives about this product and was skeptical about the reviews. There's nothing not to like, it's simple and durable. I got it because of the plastic buckle so it wouldn't scratch metal, wood or painted surfaces. The plastic buckle is very durable, it's only holding up your pants, if it's not durable enough for that then you have other issues and might want to consider a ratchet strap instead. The belt itself is a web type material and is wide enough to fit your belt loops, maybe some of the negative reviewers thought it was an equipment belt? It's not intended to be fashionable, but it's functional. Leather belts stretch, the holes start to tear then have to be replaced, that won't happen with this belt and you'll spend less than half the price of a durable leather belt. Do the math yourself, a good leather belt costs at least $20 and will need to be replaced in a couple years, this won't and costs MUCH less. You won't scratch your truck when cleaning your windows or checking the oil either. It's slightly long but that's nothing to complain about. In an emergency you could use it as a strap or a tourniquet. I'm ordering 2 more to use as a rifle sling.

Pros
  • Great for light-weight uses but not for use in carrying anything on the belt.
Cons
  • Too small based on description.
