Great hardware!
This is the easiest to install; much less of a problem than you might think. Watch some videos on Youtube and you will be happy. Took me maybe 30 minutes from start to finish (I'm talking removing the interior trim, removing the old part, putting the new part and trim in place, cleaning the window). The item has a perfect fit; everything is at the door. NOTE: Motor orientation is different from OEM part but does not matter.
