The benefits are that it's fast to perform multiple searches at once which is great for data mining or searching through resumes etc. It can be time consuming if you want to search all of your files individually so there may not always be an immediate benefit from using this tool. If anyone has access to other databases (such as Workday) then they should use those instead of creating their own database with Resumizer because these two programs don't match up well together and sometimes will fail when syncing jobs across both platforms. I am able to quickly find candidates who meet certain criteria without having to manually type out each one by hand into our system.
