This scarf is beautiful both in look and feel. The scarf is thin and delicate. The colors are rich and striking with the sea ship and map theme. For those giving it away, the packaging is perfect. This scarf comes in a bright red cardboard envelope with a wax seal that's almost embarrassing to open. Inside is a transparent plastic scarf. There is also a card in postcard format with care and wearing instructions. Although the step pictures are small, there are 6 illustrated ways to fold and wear a scarf. This scarf is so beautiful that I intend to display it with my globe and map collection rather than wear it. I have to place it somewhere where it won't be blown away by the wind because it's so light. My 5 star rating for both the scarf and the packaging is just perfect.
