I like how easy it is to use. It has all the information you need about your customers in one place. The user interface is pretty intuitive as well. There are tons of different modules that you can customize. You definitely get what you pay for as far as price is concerned. We are able to track our customer's preferences, order history, etc. The only thing I don't really like is that you have to download an app if you want to use it digitally instead of going through your phone. If you haven't heard of Hykez before, check out how their customer support service is. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We were having issues with keeping track of our customers' orders. We didn't realize there was a better way to do that. Now we know that there is!
