I was given this to help with a toothache caused by pregnancy and it is very helpful. It makes my teeth whiter and they feel a lot better now. It also reduces bleeding gums. However, the toothpaste is black, which makes it very rough when brushing your teeth and creates a bit of a mess. It should be black - activated charcoal turns it black, but if you're already in a state of suggestion and then smear your teeth with black toothpaste, it can make you vomit. the taste is a little hard to accept. However, I am very thankful for the existence of the product because it really helps keep my teeth looking and feeling healthy. I plan on continuing to use it even though it seems so gross.
