Nice, but just a piece of "carbon fiber " tape.

Hmm. This one is pretty tough. Once deployed it looks "good" but yes you guessed it, this is what will break you down. If you expect solid workmanship, you will be disappointed. But for what it's not so bad. The super adhesive backing works but make sure the car is very clean for a good grip. The carbon fiber looks real enough, but not strong enough that constant stepping on it doesn't cause premature wear. Oh yes, use the rolling wheel to press the tape firmly into the car's cutouts, otherwise the sticky side will grab before you press firmly into the cutouts. Another way to get a tight fit is to use water. It's an old trick that works great. Take a large bowl of warm water, about a gallon, add about a teaspoon of dish soap (Dawn or equivalent), nothing harsh! Add detergent slowly to avoid foam or bubbles. Manually apply water/detergent to the area where you want to apply the patch. If you add enough dish soap, the water will "stick" to the metal. Dip a piece of carbon fiber in the water. The water separates and the glue on the back doesn't stick, at least not right away. Attach the molding cf and use a small wallpaper roller or similar tool to push the molding into any cracks. Leave to dry overnight! The cf trim sticks overnight and the result is amazing 🤩 work. Congratulations!
