I'm 5'11" and 183 lbs. I ordered these in medium size. They fit perfectly around the waist. However, damn they are baggy but damn comfortable at the same time - not heavy or cheap lightweight material and they are quite soft perfect for sleeping under blankets during the Wisconsin winter months I like them but don't expect to impress anyone by wearing them.
