Missing Parts: Air Conditioning Tools & Equipment

I am ordering these tools to install freon in the air conditioner. He pulled out the window unit, disassembled it, cleaned it, let it dry and got ready to install freon. I open the box, there are no parts. The retrofit and faucet adapter were missing. I can't use the tool I bought and waited to install Freon and today was the only day I was able to do it. All this wasted time, wasted money, stress levels are high, it's too hot not to turn on the air conditioning in Houston! I don't have time to wait to send it back and wait for another one. These are three-digit numbers on the outside. I am very angry. I just need to buy a new air conditioner, it's too hot for that.
