Easy set up; easy navigation for both owner/manager as well in guest use (not that I've used it much but from what little there is out ther eit seems adequate). Very good communication between owners who are not local vs those with their own office location or hotel chain they represent which provides better service at lower cost than if someone were locally managing them themselves without this tool available - great! Needing an internet connection could be improved by making sure hotels aren't using unreliable connections where possible so data transfer speed isn’t slowed down too greatly when transferring large files such us photos etc., however no real complaints here other then maybe being able find some way around needing high speeds via wifi since most likely many people will want fast transfers rather slow ones even though its okay once downloaded? Great software overall very helpful especially during start ups before offices.
