I bought these ice trays to freeze baby food as it was very difficult to get them out of the traditional ice tray. The silicone base of these bowls allows me to pop the cubes out instead of poking them out with a knife, which is dangerous. The lids do this so I don't have to cover the bowls with cling film that gets dirty so I know my baby food doesn't get foreign particles. They also fold perfectly, which is very handy when space is limited in the freezer. They were easy to wash, we don't have a dishwasher. So far I have nothing to complain about and would recommend it.
