I use these in my store. I did not install them. A more electronically savvy younger person did for me. They work great. I put out a request on fb for my area for a used computer monitor that wasn't being used and got one for free, which is what we use to view all the 7 or 8 channels we have installed. It is not easy, however, to immediately pull up videos from earlier times or previous days on my Android. I downloaded the app (I have 2 different versions of Night Owl) and several times a day check in on employees and customers in real time. The sound is good, too, if they are close to the camera or are speaking loud. I have one camera outside and our temps can get down to -30 -40 below with lots of snow. It works well in all seasons. I have several cameras from two different sets but I want more both for the store and my house. I have also recommended these cameras to friends.
