The product specs said it would not fit large vehicles like pickup trucks, but it fits perfectly in my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 4 Cab pickup truck. It is true that you need to get behind the seat and the installation required a bit more work as I had to thread the elastic buckles through the side slots of the seat. There's also a flap that runs down from the seat back under the driver's seat to hide this open space. I unhooked it under the seat and routed the elastic straps behind the seat, the straps are a little short for my seat so I pulled a small piece of nylon webbing to connect the straps instead of really tightening them and I did the small discs pushed through the seat slots. It's amazing they can do that for the price and I'm about to order a second one for the passenger seat. My seats are a mix of lighter and darker charcoal and I didn't want to order grey, I thought it would be too light and I was afraid black would be too dark but that's ok. I really wish they would offer an anthracite version as many cars have a dark gray or anthracite interior. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this seat cover.
