Strange necklace, well made.
I got this necklace for my daughter's Halloween costume as she is a "witch princess". This is an unusual necklace, but it's great for costume play. Tassels are made of glass beads. One of them broke while putting it on, but whatever. It looks a little better with tassels on the back.
