Painful and poorly thought out
The back of the sandal is made of rubber, which rubs against the heel and causes painful blisters. My other Keen sandals have a cloth back and are much more comfortable.

Pros
- This is a good product. Fits well. Feels good and strong. I haven't had them for a long time so I can't say much.
Cons
- I was rubbing the inside of my ankle and had to use a band aid.
