There's nothing quite like fresh jalapeno sliced into salsa, pico de gallo, roast and the like, but getting your hands on the seeds isn't as much fun. Even after washing, pepper oil is difficult to remove. This gadget allows you to remove seeds without even touching them. so easy to use. What I like best is that it's all in one. The neck of the tool is serrated so you can use it to remove the tip of the peppers and then insert it into the peppers to remove the seeds. easy to use and clean. highly recommended.
