Nothing is attached incorrectly, but the washers are thick.

So it looks chunky and people are saying the brackets on the legs aren't positioned correctly which is NOT TRUE. It has a staggered pattern but one side is in the front and the other is in the back. The hex key is for attaching the seat, not for unscrewing these leg rests, so the videos in the reviews are stupid. I complain that the rubber washer was so thick I couldn't even get the screws in. Bought the thinner rubber washers for about $2 for $1 and the chair fits great.
