Installation (mounting the mount): Installing the under desk PC mount was easy and straight forward, but you will need a drill to fix the mount under your desk. Installation (PC Connection): This was the hardest part of the installation for me as I couldn't find a secure fit for my PC. The problem was related to finding the correct height, as the mount uses a hex screw to align the computer with one of the holes along the length of the channel. Depending on the size of your computer, it either attaches securely or leaves an inch of space at the top of the bracket and your computer will tilt due to the weight. Basic tasks like pressing the power button, connecting and disconnecting USB devices. and cable management is an issue as the PC just isn't stable on this mount due to the precarious fit. If you look at the stock image of the VIVO mount, you can see that the PC has little to no space on top of the mount and snaps securely into place. Packaging: I like the minimal packaging of the VIVO pc-01 mount. The box was about 7 inches high and about 14 inches wide. There was no foam at all in the box; To me that means less garbage. The box contained a PC mount, screws, washers, an anchor and an instruction manual. Verdict: I wanted to give this five stars because it's affordable, it's a solid steel mount, minimal packaging, simple instructions, but the fact that it can't protect my computer due to holes running the length of the channel makes me very disappointed . The reason I am not returning this product is because I have already drilled holes in my desk.
