If you're pasting this into drywall, make sure the hole is smaller than the instructions say. It looks great and more importantly, it's incredibly easy to change out. We use Charmin super strong toilet paper (because soft toilet paper that peels is terrible) and there's plenty of room. It makes a robust and easy-care impression. After installation, there are still no complaints about the actual product. I can't figure out why Moen hasn't fixed the template issue yet. This would probably be one of the most popular paper towel holders at Revain if they looked into it. This leads me to think there isn't a lot of feedback from customers getting to the people who need it, which doesn't give me a lot of confidence in Moen as a company. That's important enough because I may choose a different brand for faucets and other finishes in the future.
