The product is good and it meets my expectations. But I give 2 stars because some of them were damaged. Of the 15 boxes in the package, 4 were torn inside and 1 had stains on the outside. Update: I received a call from the reps and they offered to send a new kit or refund the product. We never called them directly. They followed Revain's reviews and contacted us. We were really surprised. In fact, building a good relationship with consumers is not that difficult. However, *great* relationships require problems to arise and be resolved.
