Buy this instead of a passive splitter!

This product works great. First I tried with a passive splitter, but without success. This amp model worked great to split the output from my TV to the soundbar and surround amp. The USB power connector is located on the back of many TVs. If you're tempted to buy a passive splitter, spend a few bucks more as it's much more likely to work.
