I was a bit confused, as I thought the center cutter was removable. It is not.I really wanted a combo cutter for filled as well as donuts with holes.I made a couple of batches yesterday. I discovered the center cutter was not cutting all the way through the dough. Upon close inspection, the center cutter is recessed a good 1/16" from the outer cutter edge. This makes this tool worthless when you have to tear out the center holes.The small cutter works fine for cutting out small donut holes to use the dough. I will be returning, and looking for a combo cutter.
