Very good quality, very happy with. My mom would have enjoyed it making donuts when I was a kids growing up. I am sure this will be passed down with family recipe.

My donut contest was a success thanks to this cutter. I like the additional small center hole punch that can be used without the large hole cutter. I also like that you can remove the center cut all-together to make filled donuts and easier cleaning. However because it does come out I found after my third batch of dough that the center device was coming off in the middle of use/ cutting a donut, which became a little frustrating.

This is sold has professional, but it's definitely not sturdy enough. The 1st time I used it, I cut 30 pounds of cake donuts with no problem.When I moved on to yeast donuts, which are a tougher dough, the handle broke off on the 1st screen. I can still use it, but I have to be careful not to get cut. I know I could send it back, but I don't think the seller realized the needs of professional bakers. It would be great for a home baker.

this donut cutter is easy to use, but it keeps disconnecting the inside part. This donut cutter comes in three pieces, Cutter, separate hole cutter, donut cutter/hole cutter. The donut cutter/hole cutter unlatches inside everytime you try to cut the donut outs. PITA

Great cutter. Good for doughnuts and bagels. And the small cutter is good when making small Chinese dumplings and pizza bites. You can use them on puff pastry as well. Use your imagination.

The second doughnut I cut the handle came off. The 2 tiny nails or legs that hold the handle together came lose and the handle fell off.

We bake and was tired of using a coffee cup to make a donut shape cutout. I didn't expect an extra donut hole ring cut out, so that's a plus! Have already used them and pleased how easy and fast it is to use and handle. So the cutter has a small ring which makes small donut holes but the extra hole cutter it came with makes a little larger donut holes. I just didn't use it on dough either, I made cut outs with cookies, bread, and ground beef. Definitely a needed tool for home bakers.

I have to wonder about the folks who say this thing broke on them. What did they do, stand over it and apply 2 tons of pressure to it? I'll have to make a couple dozen more batches and if it suddenly falls apart I'll update the review.don't hold your breath.

The donut piece is removable, if you cut counter clockwise the donut piece comes out and can be a pain to get back in. What that means is if you turn it clockwise to cut the dough and decide to go the other way to get a clean cut the center piece pops out.

i can tell this is going to last a long long time , thick sturdy and will not bend or dent , it's about time someone made something right thank you !

We made homemade doughnuts with my husband's mother, to learn the tradition and the process. This cutter was great. Her old one had no handle, and was much more difficult to use. This one is sturdy and the handle allows the baker to rotate it back and forth while cutting each doughnut, to be sure the dough is free to be lifted into the fryer. I would definitely recommend this item.

I was a bit confused, as I thought the center cutter was removable. It is not.I really wanted a combo cutter for filled as well as donuts with holes.I made a couple of batches yesterday. I discovered the center cutter was not cutting all the way through the dough. Upon close inspection, the center cutter is recessed a good 1/16" from the outer cutter edge. The end size is more than sufficient to know you had a snack! Comparable to the size of Duncan Doughnuts or Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

Cuts evenly and cleanly. Dough doesn't cling to the cutter. Doughnut holes don't deparate as easily as the doughnut dough and needs a little push to get released from the cutter but still works quite well. All in all a great useful product.

Center hole device easily falls off during hole cutting and does not cut holes completely. It is essentially worthless. Cutting donuts without holes just fine, but it is useless if you are trying to cut donuts with holes in the center.

Made donuts and donut holes using this cutter. Worked like a charm. Sturdy and functional with the separate donut hole cutter. Rolled out the dough once and done.
