It was pretty easy to follow the directions, start at the top and work your way down. Then came the protective film. I gently wiped the screen with my own sealed wipes. The "wet" towels provided were as dry as the dry towels provided. I received my screen spotless and clean, a screen protector fitted as shown and one corner is not sticking. I think the body structure is just right. I've had one before that was nice and grippy but was a complete PIA for putting in and out of my pocket. It goes in and out of the pocket fine but still gives me a good phone buy.
