I did a lot of research on how dumping works because my biggest fear was how cumbersome and crude the process would be. I've learned that it's best to have this part so you can see when the black tank flush goes away before you stop. So handy and practical but if I hadn't done so much research I wouldn't have known and just used the standard hard case that came in my starter kit instead. I highly recommend this product and Camco products. I have a Camco RhinoFlex hose kit and have just used it myself for the first time. Gasket is fully assembled. I didn't realize that one of the hooks wasn't fully engaged, so imagine my surprise when the liquid squirted out. Luckily there was only liquid waste in there and I acted quickly to shut the drain and not make too much of a mess.
