I like that this product provides for an effective means of communication between our clients as well as employees.

It also helps with keeping track of time spent working at each client site since it is integrated into Outlook Calendar which makes scheduling easy! The interface could be more friendly especially towards customers without any technical expertise or computer experience who might need assistance navigating through various features such as creating tasks etc. We use TeamViewer all day every workday so we would love if there was some sort of remote access feature where users wouldn't have to manually connect via teamviewers web portal but rather just click next step when prompted by email from server side admin account - something along those lines? Great program overall though definitely not perfect yet however still very much worth using since has many benefits listed above (such accessibility). We are able solve problems faster than other methods because everything happens automatically once set up properly allowing us complete peace of mind knowing they're getting their jobs done right away.
