Bought this chair in January 2021. The chair was delivered with a defect in one of the levers which was fixed by the seller. Fast forward to May 2021 and it looks like two wheels on the chair are broken and more are on the way. In my opinion, the support of this chair is mediocre. The chair cannot lock in an upright position even with maximum recline control to prevent this. So if you're looking to sit up straight to improve your posture, think again. The best it can do for your posture is a 45 degree incline. This is a very comfortable chair, especially with the memory foam cushion for long periods of sitting, but due to the terrible tilt control and quality I would not recommend this chair. Especially not for people who are looking for good posture and have to sit for a long time.
