When I first tried the belt on I found it a bit difficult to get the tab through the buckle to secure the keeper through the belt holes. I didn't notice it at first, but after a moment I saw where the stain was being shaken off by rubbing the tongue on the buckle. It's embarrassing, but I think I can use brown shoe polish to cover up the abrasions. I would not have expected that from a high-quality belt.
