I ordered a women's full body shaper sport sweat neoprene, waist trainer bodysuit with sleeves for weight loss. I ordered it on Mon. May 28,2018 received it on Wed., May 30,2018. I tried it out the day I received it at my Zumba class in the evening. Boy, did I work up a good sweat with this body suit! My core felt warm and moist while I was working out, but when I got home, while taking the suit off, I could really tell how much I had sweated! The suit does not make you feel icky and wet, it does a tremendous job of keeping your body moist, but heated. As you can tell, I LOVE this suit! I love this product and will be ordering the body suit in pink soon. Let me include this so it may help others in determining the right size. I ordered a medium, I am 5'6, 142 pounds, slim build. I have long legs with a short torso, so I have no problem with the suit being too tight lengthwise.I can lift my arms over my head without any problems. This suit fits me perfectly. Yes, there is some looseness in the arms, but not enough to prevent the heating process for the arms. I think when ordering, instead of listening to others negative reviews about the fit, take into consideration body sizes and proportions before making your decision. Also, it was not that difficult to take the suit off after my work out, of course it sticks a little due to the moisture from the sweat. it wasn't as bad to remove as others have said in there reviews. Keep bringing the great products guys!
