This is an excellent way for employees to receive payment without having any human interaction with their employer. All of my staff's payroll information has been transferred into this system so they no longer have concerns about receiving paychecks at the end of each month. The employee can log in from anywhere as well! They also get paid faster than if I were physically giving them cash or checks every time that was needed. Sometimes it takes up to three days before there are funds available after logging onto instantstaff. We've had some issues transferring large amounts between our accounting department and instantstaff but these problems seem to be going away. Payroll functions quickly once set up which helps keep overhead down when compared to other services we use like QuickBooks Online/Paychex Flexible Spending Account option through Workforce1 (which allows us access only one week out).
