Lunavi is a cost effective solution for our small business needs, we can do everything we need with the cloud, we can save our servers, we can do our backups, we can access them in any device. The UI is not intuitive, the customer service is not good, the help documentation is not good. We are using a lot of microservice architecture, using the microservice architecture is not easy in Lunavi. The support is not good. We are solving our backups, solving our security, solving our server and we are saving a lot of money. The best thing about lunav is the customer service team. They are always willing to help with anything you need. Their support tickets are answered quickly and their responses are very detailed. I have never had an issue with them that they couldn't resolve. If you're looking for a reliable company who will be there for you when you need them most then this is the place for you. I have used lunav as my colo provider for many years and have never had any issues. They've been great!
