No tie at the waist
Picture shows a fabric tie at the waist and one doesn't come with the dress, daughter was disappointed that it wasn't how it was pictured. We got the dress for a butterfly witch costume and in her normal size, it fits her well. I will have to go buy a ribbon for the waist.
