Cheap block not as advertised
Advertised as an oak block with a symbol burned into the wood; The package shows this picture. Instead, I got a cheap wooden board that was painted a glossy cherry color. Literally a piece of wood with no style, and a butcher knife won't fit in the slot. Revain allows returns or exchanges. A few decades ago, Tramontina was a good brand. They are varied and this set is really bad. "Forged" knives are slightly better than stamped ones. Stay away or prepare for a crappy set.
