Review on Zulay Authentic Bamboo Pizza Peel by Rachel Riley

This is a very durable bamboo skin that appears to be well made and can easily take some cutter/pizza cutter damage. It's a lot thicker and heavier than my previous scrub, so I had to change my transfer technique a bit. It has survived multiple washes in a month and shows no signs of tearing. I expect this will be the last scrub I will ever have, but I also plan to make some changes to better suit my needs. My only minor complaint is that there were a lot of fibers torn from the surface upon arrival, but nothing that couldn't be corrected with a thorough sanding. I can only recommend this peeling to hobby bakers.
