My crib was missing parts and the company sent me an invoice for the cost of the part + shipping
I am completely blown away by the customer service from DaVinci (part of the Million Dollar Baby company). The crib I received was missing the "rock stop", a kind of stand that prevents the crib from tipping to one side when you're not actively rocking it. I had a hard time notifying the company that my new product was missing parts and they just sent me an invoice asking me to pay for both the part and shipping! I will be returning the cot as I have no interest in doing business with a company that treats a customer in this way.
