Background: Like any Miracle cleaning machine, the Bissell Floor and Carpet Cleaner is average at best. When cleaning hard floors, this nozzle does the "medium" hair better and a little lighter - so it does what it's meant to do. Oddly enough, unlike other reviews, I had no trouble putting it on or keeping it in place. My guess is that those who wrote about these issues must not have been very smart or had a very uneven floor surface that grips and pulls the edges together - in which case it would take a little effort or thought to clamp them down if she is pulled . is free.
