the kit is incomplete, poor quality, the instructions are thin. It says to use grease on the reamer, it's not included in the kit. Some oils don't interact well with rubber, I used a pure silicone lube. I tried to put a plug in the tire but it didn't work. Following the video on Utube, I inflated the tire but still couldn't plug in. Finally I was able to puncture the tire with a rubber mallet. When inserting the valve insert back into the tool, simply turn it in the tool. Very bad kit, bad instructions, bad tools but good zip case. The earplugs are comfortable and good, but find another set.
