It took me a while before writing this review. I observe the effect on my lower back and upper back area, i was surprise that after wearing the bracelet for 3 days the pain is gone! I injured my back last July and was in bed for 5 days before i was able to walk on cane with pain. I was able to recover from it but there is the constant pain in my back. So i tried this bracelet after all the reviews that i read. It works and looks great. I never removed it even when i take a bath. What surprises me is that after 5 days of wearing it the green coloration on my skin stopped.I ordered one for my wife.
