Not happy with purchase
I sleep on my side and on my back, I bought this to avoid sleeping on my back. I thought the pillows were bigger, when I roll onto my back with them I don't even feel there's almost nothing under my back, they just go flat. There's definitely no harm in sleeping on your back if that's what you're hoping to use it for.
