Good size and height, looks good on the counter. The color is beautiful and damn durable. The bottom bowl easily holds bananas, oranges, apples, etc. The only real problem with garlic is that if you keep the garlic on the top shelf, the cloves will fall through the grate into the bowl below, so I put them in there forever return. The same happens with peeled onion scales - they fall through the cracks onto the fruit. The upper bowl is too small for bananas. And if you try to put the garlic/onion on the bottom bowl, the same thing happens - they just fall through the slot onto the counter. never mind If you only want to store smaller fruit in the top tray, this would be perfect!
