I know almond oil, I've been using it for many years (many different brands) and pure, unrefined almond oil smells like almonds (yes). Not these, not even a little bit. If it is indeed almond oil, it has been processed to remove that smell (read: passed through various chemical filters to remove the smell). If the oil is odorless, it has been chemically removed, it's as simple as that. I think this is due to the general trend in the US to have butter as soft as possible. It's almost impossible to find an organic virgin oil other than olive oil and coconut oil (note that both have their own specific smell). So yes, there is a tendency in this country to remove any taste or smell from oils, but that is no excuse for lying about your product in your description. Unacceptable. Don't trust this company. What else are they lying about?
