I've been using Encased for 2.5 years on my 1st gen Pixel. It was great so I figured one for the Pixel 3 would be perfect. Not this case. Quality, durability and value are still good, but the design leaves a lot to be desired. I always wear my holster on the right side since I'm right-handed. The design of this holster is different. If I wear it on the right, I have to flip the phone upside down in my hand before I can slide it from my waist to the middle of my body. I don't mean flipping it so the phone's face is facing the holster, because that's what you should do. I mean if I'm holding my phone in my right hand while talking about it and I'm done and want to holster it, I have to turn the phone upside down so the bottom of the phone slides into the holster first. Not a very natural step, especially since the same brand's holster for the Pixel 1 generation didn't have this trick before the phone was holstered. I'm not sure I explained it well enough for others to understand. It's not about turning the holster the other way. If I were to do this, I would still have to slide the phone from the bottom first, but do it from the middle of my body and slide to the right.
